Fiyta Holdings Ltd., was established in December 23, 1987. It specializes in watch design, manufacturing, and retail sales.
Since 1993, Fiyta has become the sole publicly-listed company of timepiece industry in mainland China.
The controlling share holder of the company is AVIC INternational Shenzhen.
In the year 2000, Fiyta became the partner of China Space Program. In 2003, Fiyta launched the first space watches for chinese astronauts.
In 2008, FIYTA's extravihecular space watch accompanied Chinese astrnauts to complete their first space walk.
Since 2009, Fiyta became the collaboration partner of China's motorcycle team in DAkar rally. Fiyta's Extreme collection watches are the official timepiece to accompany China's motorcycle team and conquer the most dangerous outdoor sport.
